A fixed quote before any work, licensed technicians on site, and a promise to make it right if something isn't.

Workmanship guarantee

Our labour is guaranteed for 12 months. If a fault we repaired returns due to our workmanship, we'll come back and put it right at no charge.

Manufacturer warranty on parts

Any parts or units we supply and fit carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you with a claim if one is ever needed.

What's covered

  • The labour and workmanship on repairs, servicing and installations we carry out.
  • Parts and units we supply, under their manufacturer warranty.
  • A return visit if a fault we fixed comes back because of our work.

What's not covered

  • • Separate, unrelated faults that develop later in the system.
  • • Parts or units supplied by you or another party.
  • • Damage from misuse, neglect, lack of servicing, power surges, pests, weather or tampering by others.
  • • Pre-existing issues we identified and quoted separately, where you chose not to proceed.

How to make a claim

Just call or text us with your details and what's happening, and we'll arrange a visit. Having your original invoice handy speeds things up.

Nothing in this guarantee limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
