Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?
Because the industry's habit of 'cheap ad, expensive roof' is exactly what we built this business against. If a price only appears once the tech is standing on your roof, it isn't a price, it's a negotiation you can't win. Ours are printed here and they're the same for everyone.
Is the $222 quick fix really all-inclusive?
It covers the diagnosis, the first hour of repair work and minor materials like capacitors, fuses and drain treatments. Most simple faults end there. If the job is bigger, you get a firm price on the spot and the $222 comes straight off it.
Why is a repeat service cheaper than the first one?
Your first deep service baselines the system, so we know it's clean and how it runs. Coming back within 18 months is lighter work, and the price reflects that: $160 instead of $222.
What do installs cost?
Installs are quoted because the unit size and your home set the price. Tell us the job once at the quote builder and you get a firm supply-and-install price fast, usually without a site visit. The from-prices below show where each system type starts.
Are there any fees not on this page?
No. There's no call-out fee, no fuel levy, no after-the-fact surprises. If we ever quote you something that isn't consistent with this page, hold us to the page.
