Common questions
How is this different to a $130 service?
Most cheap services hose out the filters, which you could do yourself, and then upsell a bag clean once they're on the roof. Ours opens the unit up front: deep coil and barrel clean, bag clean included, drain cleared, electrical check, and a photo report showing exactly what we did.
Is every service the full deep service?
Yes. Whether it's your first visit or your fifth, the unit gets opened for the full deep coil and bag clean. There's no lite version and no tier games, one service, one price.
Do you service ducted systems?
Yes. A ducted service is $359 flat and covers the return air, filters, drain and controls, with the same photo report. It's a standard ducted service rather than a deep coil clean; if the coil needs one, you get a firm price on the spot first.
Does a service keep my warranty valid?
On most units, yes. Manufacturers expect regular professional servicing, and a clean, well-charged system also uses noticeably less power.
What if you find a fault during the service?
You get a firm price for the repair on the spot. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes, and there's no charge just for finding it.
