A licensed tech at your door, full diagnosis of the fault, the first hour of repair work and minor materials like capacitors, fuses and drain treatments. Most simple faults are fixed on that first visit.
What if it turns out to be a bigger job?
You get a firm price on the spot before we touch anything else, and your $239 comes straight off that bill. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes.
Does the quick fix cover re-gassing?
If your system is low on gas, it has a leak, and just topping it up wastes your money. The quick fix covers finding the problem; if a leak repair and re-gas is needed, you get a firm price with your $239 already off it. That's also the legal way to do it, since refrigerant can only be handled under an ARC licence after the leak is fixed.
What faults do you see most?
Not cooling or heating, tripping the power, leaking water, weird noises or smells, dead controllers and iced-up units. The majority are sorted within the first hour.
How fast can you come out?
Same-day across most of Perth where possible. Book online with the window that suits and we text to confirm it.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There are no wasted call-outs. The $239 includes the diagnosis and the first hour of actual fixing, so you pay for work, not for the drive over.
