Split & ducted · photo report every time
A real service. Splits $239, ducted $359.
Most cheap services are a filter rinse you could do with a garden hose. Ours opens the unit up, and on ducted we measure the airflow at every outlet so the improvement is a number, not a feeling. Same price every visit, printed before we knock.
Splits: the full deep clean, $239
- Plastics, brackets and fascia off, unit bagged
- Coil and fan barrel chemically washed
- Anti-mould and anti-bacterial treatment
- Drain cleared and treated, electrical checked
- Photo report in your inbox, every time
More than one unit? 2 for $450, 3 for $600, 4+ at $180 each, one visit does the lot.
Ducted: airflow-tested, $359 flat
- Airflow hood reading on every outlet, before and after
- Every zone motor driven and checked
- Filters cleaned, coil and drain done
- Ductwork checked for leaks and damage

Common questions
How is this different to a $130 service?+
A $130 service is usually a filter rinse and a wipe down, with the real clean sold as an upsell on the day. Ours starts where theirs ends: the unit comes apart, gets bagged and the coil and fan barrel are washed out, every visit, at one printed price.
Is every service the full deep clean?+
Yes. There is no lite version. $239 per split, and the per-unit price drops when we do more than one in a visit: 2 for $450, 3 for $600, 4 or more at $180 each.
What happens on a ducted service?+
A calibrated airflow hood goes on every outlet before we touch anything, so we have a baseline. Then filters, coil, drain, and every zone motor gets driven and checked. The hood goes back on after, and your report shows what changed, in numbers.
Does a service keep my warranty valid?+
Manufacturers expect regular servicing, and our photo report is your proof it happened. Every visit is documented.
What if you find a fault during the service?+
You get photos and a firm price on the spot, and nothing goes ahead until you say yes. No mystery lines on the invoice.
