The rate card.
Fixed payouts per job, printed here so there are no surprises. Cleans, services and repairs include GST. Install payouts are plus GST and sit on the work order before you accept. Paid per job, not per hour, so your speed is your pay rise.
Services & repairs
- Deep service / bag clean, up to 6kW$140 per unit
- Deep service / bag clean, 6 to 10kW$160 per unit

Split installs
- Split install, back to back, up to 6kW (up to 3 hrs on site)$350 per install + GST

- Install work beyond back-to-back scope (pre-approved)$150 per hour + GST
Back to back covers the standard scope on the work order. Anything beyond it is priced and approved by the office before you start, never argued about after.

On a FIFO roster?
This board was built with you in mind. Tell us your swing and pick up cleans and installs on your R&R days, as many or as few as you want. A couple of bag cleans is a few hundred bucks on a day off; an install is serious money for a morning's work. No minimums, no commitment between swings, and the early crew gets first look at jobs as the network grows.

For cleans & services
An ABN, current public liability insurance and your own service kit. No refrigerant licence needed for cleans because the refrigerant circuit is never opened; regas and installs are licensed work. Starting out without a kit? We can set you up with a starter kit paid off out of your first payouts.
For installs
Your own ARC refrigerant handling licence (a restricted splits licence is fine for single-head systems), and a WA electrical licence if you do the fixed wiring or connection. Every work order states exactly which tickets the job needs.
For everyone
Photos on every job, work to the acceptance criteria on the work order, and treat the customer like they are your own. Good work gets you priority on the board.
